Visit Sofia took part in workshop in Lyon

On February 6, a workshop was held in Lyon, organized by Lyon Airport, in which Visit Sofia participated with its own desk. The workshop brought together French travel agencies, as well as international organizations and representatives of tourist destinations from around the world. The goal of the workshop was to introduce and connect various institutions while providing a platform for discussing collaboration opportunities. During the workshop, Visit Sofia presented Sofia as a tourist destination for both leisure and MICE tourism. WizzAir’s new direct route from Sofia to Lyon will significantly increase the flow of tourists coming from France to the capital.
