Meetings Sofia is the city’s official department for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE), supporting anyone looking to bring events to Sofia.

As a neutral contact, we provide free-of-charge support to help you plan and prepare your meetings, conferences or incentive events in Sofia, offering the following services.

  • a comprehensive directory of venues and trusted local suppliers,
  • support in finding partners: venues, hotels, PCOs, DMCs, transport providers, technical service providers, catering, tour guides, publishing houses and more,
  • assistance with organising site inspections and coordinating meetings with local stakeholders,
  • promotional materials to enhance and support your event,
  • help in preparing presentations and bids showcasing Sofia as a destination,
  • connections with key academic institutions and industry networks,
  • guidance on available financial support and incentive programs for events hosted in Sofia.

*Meetings Sofia has no members and operates as part of the Tourism Administration within the Sofia Municipality.
