Hristo Panev, one of the greatest contemporary Bulgarian artists, is known for his exceptional talent in various artistic disciplines such as painting, graphics, illustration, book layout and monumental arts. His creative repertoire covers a wide range of subjects, genres and techniques, making him a truly versatile and renowned artist.

The opening ceremony will be honored by the presence of the Spanish ambassador, who is honored to support this cultural exchange between Bulgaria and Spain.
