Conference "Digital Sofia - The Smart City"

The conference "Digital Sofia - The Smart City" will be held on April 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Vitosha Hall of the Inter Expo Center

The event is organized by Sofia Municipality and the Communications Regulation Commission, with the participation of ministries, regulators, municipal administration and municipal councilors, municipal enterprises and mayors, representatives of the ICT sector, telecoms, investors, banking and academia.

Its implementation will support innovation and adaptation of new technologies, ensuring complementarity between public and private capacity, and will contribute to the objectives of the already adopted by the SMC, "Sofia Digital Transformation Strategy" (SDTS) and the Action Plan for its implementation by expanding its publicity for citizens and businesses.

The conference aims to raise awareness of citizens, businesses, state and local authorities about the application of innovation and technology in the life of a city to be "smart".
