SOFIA FILM FESTIVAL 2022 ANNOUNCED FIRST DETAILS FOR ITS UPCOMING EDITION

The 26th Sofia International Film Festival will be in March 2022

The 26th Sofia Film Festival will once again focus on presenting its program, both in cinemas and online. The reason is the ongoing pandemic of COVID-19.

The official opening of the 26th Sofia International Film Festival is on March 10 in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture. The screenings will continue until the end of March in Sofia. A special program at the Cinema House and the Czech Center, related to retrospectives and other events, will start on March 1. Sofia Film Fest will take place in March in Plovdiv. The jubilee 20th edition of Sofia Film Fest on the beach in Burgas will start on March 31, and the traditional edition in Varna will be announced additionally.

Some of the titles will also be available online in the Festival Scope / Shift online festival platform 72).
