Sylvie Vartan Bade her Farewell to the Bulgarian Audience

At the end of April, the international star of Bulgarian origin Sylvie Vartan performed for the last time in front of the Bulgarian audience. She held two concerts (in Sofia and Varna) which were part of her farewell tour Forever Sylvie that marks the end of her musical career. The French singer is a favourite performer of generations of Bulgarians and an inspiration for artists and musicians. She is an honorary citizen of Sofia and is also one of the biggest donors to Sofia History Museum - in 2014 she donated nearly BGN 40 000 for the restoration of objects from the museum’s holdings which are now part of the permanent exhibition.
