The first Subway restaurant in Sofia opened in 2009. Today there are already 12. Subway's menu varies from country to country, but the basic ingredients are the same for all restaurants worldwide. The sandwiches feature always freshly baked bread and low calorie content. In Subway they use a variety of meats - beef, turkey, chicken, sausages, a wide selection of fresh vegetables and sauces. Each customer can build their own sandwich. At Subway, fried food is absolutely forbidden.
