Description

The Suhodol quarter is located about eight kilometers west of the center of Sofia, near the town of Bankya and the quarter of Gorna Banya. One kilometer north of it is the Suhodol Dam. The reservoir is intended for fish farming. Its length is 570 m, the average altitude - 663 m, and the total area - 98.4 decares. Among the paid reservoirs around the Sofia, this is one of the most visited places by fishermen. It is mainly caught carp, caracuda, trout, pike, catfish and others. There is a bait shop, a restaurant, chairs, umbrellas and fishing rods for rent.
