Description
The Pozharevo village is located 6 km west of the town of Bozhurishte and 18 km from Sofia. Its altitude is 750 m. In the early 60s of the twentieth century at the eastern end of the village was built a dam for irrigation of the surrounding agricultural lands. Today the Pozharevo Dam is used for sport fishing. Here the amateur fishermen can catch carp, silver carp, grass carp, catfish, sometimes trout and caracuda.
