There are 13 double and 3 triple luxury rooms, located in two independent buildings.

Paintball Bulgaria is located in Baroko Sports Complex in Studentski grad. It is the only field in Bulgaria for sports paintball with artificial grass and professional inflatable shelters. It works only during the warm months of the year - the season starts around April. Paintball Bulgaria offers celebration of children birthdays; family, friends and corporate events. Game participators can be between 6 and 20 children or 6 to 10 adults at a time. If the group is bigger, a mini tournament can be organized.
